As a level 3 Clinical Somatics Exercise Instruction and ERYT500 Hatha Yoga instructor, she has helped numerous clients overcome chronic pain and anxiety. Astra's practice focuses on classes that develop self-awareness through somatic movement and promoting a holistic approach to wellness.
Ally Carroll is a certified yoga instructor, meditation coach, and school teacher. Having international background and experience she observed and practiced spiritual traditions on the Asian continent for almost two decades. Ally’s integration of Yoga with the Traditional Chinese Meridian System and science allows students to explore the depth of not only their physical practice but also delve into the mental/emotional/spiritual component of human existence.

Jamie Dillon's motto is: "If it's not fun, it's it's very likely not worth doing." Dillon is most interested in teaching restorative and gentle yoga, with attention to alignment and patience. He studied simple fundamental techniques of pranayama, with a view to careful safe teaching. Jamie is highly interested in the history and teachings of yoga and was trained at Mount Madonna Center in the traditional eight limbs of Ashtanga yoga.
Jen Ghastin is a 500 HR-RYT and is the proud owner of Yoga Salinas. In 2019, Jen studied breathwork with Mahendra Briksha and asanas with Laura McKinnon at Seaside Yoga Sanctuary where she received her certified 200 YTT. In 2021, Jen earned her 300 YTT with Mark Stephens. Through yoga, Jen finds profound bliss in physical, emotional, and spiritual alignment and seeks to share this joy with others.
Adriana is a Certified Soul Purpose Coach, specializing in Radical Self-Love, Sensual Embodiment, and Transformation. She works with students and clients to alchemize pain into purpose, deconditioning outdated narratives, and attuning to our soul desires by rewilding our connection to self, through pure, authentic love. Adriana is a Reiki Practitioner, Certified Crystal Alchemy Sound Healer, Sacred Plant Medicine Practitioner and Ceremonial Cacao Educator having mentored over 100 practitioners globally. She works with women's groups and mixed groups from a space of inclusivity, empowerment and trauma informed wellness.
Paula holds a Master’s Degree in Fine Arts and Bachelor of Arts Degree in Dance from UC Irvine. She completed a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at Carmel Yoga, a 50 hour Teacher Training in Prison Yoga with James Fox, and has a Shoden Level I certification from Santa Cruz Reiki Works. Paula enjoys sharing her breadth of experience and deep love of movement as medicine for the body, mind and soul.

Her vinyasa flows help "burn off" excess energy before leading you into a cooling, restorative end of practice where you can find your own bliss. She incorporates aspects of yoga she is passionate about such as anatomy and physiology, somatics, the energetic body, the Yoga Sutras, and more.
Elizabeth is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Registered Yoga Teacher at home in the Bay Area. Her offerings incorporate Hatha, Restorative and Therapeutic Yoga, as well as a background in community mental health. Elizabeth has been leading wellness groups since 2009 and teaching yoga since 2013, exploring the intersections of physical, mental, emotional, and social health. She aims to support her students in recognizing their inherent worth and increasing resiliency.
Qigong inspires Serena Drago to live each moment more mindfully.Serena completed her 500-hour Massage Therapist Licensing / QiQong training & theory at Five Branches University and received additional QiQong trainer certification under Master Fajun Christian Real of Templestyle Integrative Arts in Santa Cruz, Ca. Serena will always be a student of the practice and is deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared with her.
Ellen has been practicing yoga since 2005, and has been a certified yoga instructor since 2008. Her teaching style emphasizes proper body alignment and movement with the breath in order to undo the obstructions and limitations in the body and the mind. She enjoys passing on to my students all that she have learned. Her hope is that her students carry with them a greater sense of calmness, well-being, and the knowledge that they are enough.
Andrea is a Salinas native who passionate about serving the Monterey Bay community with her yoga practice. She received her yoga teaching certification in 2016 with All Yoga Thailand where she studied under Vari Morales and David Lerstein. Training in the traditional Ashtanga style, Andrea gained a deep appreciation for the history, philosophy and spiritual components of yoga. In her classes you can expect a combination of pranayama, meditation, mantras, mudras, and a strong Asana practice.
Lucy has been teaching in-studio, private and corporate yoga classes for the last decade
in Arizona, where she cultivated her love for making yoga accessible to all levels and
people. Her certifications and specialties are vinyasa yoga (from first-timers through
advanced levels), prenatal yoga, yin yoga, restoratives and breathwork classes. "I hope that you have fun as
you connect more with yourself on your yoga mat so that you can live a vibrant life off
the mat,” Lucy says.
